Qualification: Degree / Diploma in CIPET
Experience: 3+ years in Manufacturing Plastic Processing Unit.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and development activities related to plastics engineering and polymer science.
- Assist in the design and development of new plastic products, processes, or materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and improve existing products or processes.
- Participate in quality control and testing processes to ensure product performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of experiments and tests to evaluate materials and their properties.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and research findings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies in the plastics and polymer field.
- Contribute to the documentation of standard operating procedures and technical reports.
- Support in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that may arise during production.
- Assist in training and guiding junior staff members or technicians.
