Site in Charge Solar O&m

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the solar power plant.
- Monitor plant performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure the plant meets safety and regulatory standards.
- Lead the site team and coordinate maintenance tasks.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on plant performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical).
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in solar power plant operations (Ground mount above 20Mw plant with hands on Experience in 132KV Switch yard)
- **Skills**: Problem-solving, team management, and basic technical knowledge of solar systems.

**Additional Information**:

- Willingness to relocate to the site location if required.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays when needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
