**Responsibilities**:
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Creating and maintaining financial reports.

Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and purchase orders.

Reconciling bank and credit card statements.

Maintaining accurate records and files.

Organize meetings, events, and conferences, including making arrangements for catering, audio & visual equipment, and other logistics.

Organizing and maintaining files and records.

Other administrative duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

1-2 years experience in Tally (other software’s will be an added advantage).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
