- Minimum 5+ years’ experience working as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead in a client facing role.
- Be client facing - able to present technical information and concepts to non-technical people.
- Detailed knowledge of software architecture principles and methodologies.
- Demonstrated exposure to SOA, cloud deployments and technology, Java, JEE, SQL, High Availability, internet technologies, REST, AWS and cloud native technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to solve technical challenges.
- Strong industry experience in one or more industry area, including Banking & Financial Services and Insurance.
- Knowledge of Business Rule Management Systems (BRMS) with at least one commercial product, preferably FICO Blaze
- Excellent technical writing and business communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet critical time-sensitive objectives, emphasis on planning skills.
- Excellent team participant.
- Good to have US market exposure
