**Job Description: Operation Theatre (OT) Technician**

**Position**: Operation Theatre Technician
**Location**: Chennai (Egmore)
**Experience Level**: Open to Freshers and Experienced Professionals
**Educational Qualification**: Diploma/Certificate/Degree in Operation Theatre Technology or an equivalent qualification.

**Role Overview**:
**Key ResponsibilitiesFor Freshers**:

- Assist in the sterilization of surgical instruments and medical equipment.
- Prepare and maintain a sterile environment in the operation theatre.
- Handle basic OT setup and ensure all equipment is in place and functioning.
- Must not have any allergies or sensitivity to blood or surgical exposure.
- Learn and adhere to hospital and OT protocols to ensure patient safety.

**For Experienced Professionals**:

- Provide comprehensive support to surgeons during surgical procedures.
- Prepare and organize instruments based on the type of surgery.
- Ensure seamless coordination in the OT to enhance the efficiency of surgical procedures.
- Offer technical assistance during surgeries, ensuring compliance with medical standards.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Travel to nearby hospitals to assist surgeons and healthcare teams during surgeries.
- Sterilize and prepare medical instruments for surgery to prevent infections.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the OT.
- Be flexible and ready to work at any time, including night shifts, weekends, and emergency calls.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Certificate/Degree in Operation Theatre Technology or related field.
- **Mobility**: Possession of a **two-wheeler** is **mandatory** for commuting to hospitals.
- Strong physical and mental resilience to work in demanding environments.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including 24/7 availability.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
