- Ø Monitoring the equipment maintenance schedule / Compliance.
- Ø Ensuring Zero breakdown.
- Ø Preparartion & carry out monsoon activity as pcecautionary action.
- Ø Provide excellent customer service through 24X7 call center,efficient system operation and effective communication strategies.
- Ø Coordination with Client, HQ and various stack holders.
- Ø Implementation of work related SOPs at site.
- Ø Implementation of EHS & Quality Documents & procedures
- Ø Monitoring & Control to comply KPI’s
- Ø Root cause analysis for the failure’s.
- Ø Implementation & Monitoring the Computerized mainteanace managemant system.
- Ø Carrying out the pump performance test at site.
- Ø Energy audit for major equipment.
- Ø Identfying / Development of vendors for spare parts & servicing.
