Mep Draughtsman

**Job Title**: MEP Draftsman

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: A degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field/Draftsmen

**Experience**: Previous experience in MEP drafting or a similar role within the construction industry is preferred. Familiarity with relevant software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD programs.

**Technical Skills**: Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software, with a strong understanding of MEP systems, building codes, and industry standards.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.

**Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address issues related to MEP systems during the drafting and design process.

**Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in drawings and adherence to project specifications and standards.

**Responsibilities**:
**Blueprint Analysis**: Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to understand the MEP requirements of a project.

**Drafting and Design**: Use CAD software to create detailed and accurate drawings of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall building design.

**Coordination**: Collaborate with other draftsmen and professionals to ensure alignment between MEP drawings and architectural/structural plans.

**Documentation**: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for MEP drawings, including revisions and as-built drawings.

**Quality Control**: Conduct regular reviews of drafted plans to identify and rectify errors or discrepancies.

**Technical Support**: Provide support to the construction team during the implementation phase, addressing any technical issues that may arise.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
