**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shawarma Preparation**: Prepare and cook shawarma meats, including marinating, seasoning, and grilling to perfection.
- **Recipe Development**: Experiment with and refine shawarma recipes to enhance flavor profiles and presentation.
- **Menu Contribution**: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update catering menus, ensuring they reflect seasonal ingredients and current food trends.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in all aspects of shawarma preparation.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage and monitor inventory of ingredients, ensuring freshness and proper storage.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure all cooking equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with clients when necessary to understand their preferences and provide exceptional service.
- **Event Participation**: Assist in the setup and execution of catering events, including on-site cooking and presentation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Shawarma Chef or in a similar role with a focus on Middle Eastern cuisine.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of shawarma preparation, including marination, grilling techniques, and flavor balancing.
- **Creativity**: Ability to create and innovate shawarma recipes and presentations.
- **Hygiene**: Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
- **Communication**: Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for catering events.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
