**Key Responsibilities**:

- **MIS Report Preparation**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review.
- Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- **Data Management**:

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits.
- Compile and analyze financial and operational data to support business decisions.
- **Coordination with Purchase/Procurement Department**:

- Liaise with the Purchase or Procurement department to track day-to-day transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Assist in the preparation and management of purchase orders and contracts.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments to gather necessary data for report generation.
- Support the finance and operations teams with ad-hoc data analysis requests.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and data management processes.
- Implement best practices for data collection, analysis, and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- B. Tech, Diploma, or Graduation in Commerce or Science.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an industrial setting.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in MS Excel (advanced level) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of procurement and purchase order management systems.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

- Ability to join immediately.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
