Chief Security Officer

**Location**: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai

**Type of Hire**: Fixed-Term contract (1 year)

A (CSO) has been appointed for RBU INDIA as the person responsible for the information security management system.

He advises and supports the responsible management of RBU INDIA in the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) of Atos.

Together with the management, the CSO is responsible for implementing the regulations of the ISMS. The CSO reports to the RBU INDIA management, as well as to the RBU Central Europe CSO. He is independent from all areas of Atos RBU INDIA responsible for product creation and service delivery.

All RBU INDIA Security Managers report to the CSO within the requirements of the ISMS. The CSO of RBU INDIA is responsible for the appointment of Security Officers and manages the Security Organization of RBU INDIA.

This description complements the role of the Chief Security Officer defined by Atos Global Security and set out in the "Roles and Responsibilities" of the Global Security Library.

The Chief Security Officer of the RBU INDIA is vested with all rights to perform his duties.

**Responsibilities**:
Implementation and realization of the Global Security rules and adaptation of the rules to local conditions or local legal aspects

Management of the RBU INDIA security organization

Management of the RBU INDIA Security Committee

Disciplinary management of the RBU INDIA Security Function employees

Participation in the Global Security Committee and representation of RBU INDIA in all information security matters in this committee

Lead all information security matters in changing, deploying and managing the ISMS within RBU INDIA, in accordance with the Atos Group security organization and implementation in product related security settings

Implement and maintain the information security program to ensure that assets are adequately protected in terms of confidentiality, integrity and availability within RBU INDIA.

Main Contact for RBU INDIA Business Security Officer, IT Security Officer, Country Safety & Physical Security Officer and Data Protection Officer contacts.

Advise on the creation of standards, guidelines and management conventions for the definition and further development of the ISMS, taking into account the Information Security Policy of the Atos Group

Reviewing, tracking, clarifying and reporting ISMS violations to responsible management

Supplementary advice on ISMS topics within the Business Units/Lines, Divisions, Marketing & Sales and Support Functions

Recommendation regarding the need for further education/training on the ISMS

Review of compliance with changes to the ISMS

Planned implementation of PDCA reviews on the ISMS in accordance with the specifications of the Business Management System

Implementation of process improvement measures derived from audits and PDCA reviews

Tracking the effectiveness of the implemented measures

Receipt, evaluation and processing of suggestions for improvements to the ISMS

Initiation and implementation of improvement processes for the ISMS at regional level

Regulation and control of classification and allocation of assets

Support and control of risk assessments for assets with regard to information security risks in the RBU INDIA

Monitoring of the appropriate implementation of the security organization in the RBU INDIA

Monitoring of the participation in the security awareness program and notification of the managers

Monitoring security audits in the RBU INDIA and including the results in reporting

Conduct security audit activities to determine compliance with the ISMS and the appropriate level of protection with respect to confidentiality, integrity, and availability of assets

Analyze and report security incidents to the RBU INDIA CEO and global security organizations.

Proposing and initiating countermeasures for security incidents that have occurred in coordination with local management and Global Security

Proposal and initiation of preventive security measures when security vulnerabilities become known

Tracking the effectiveness of initiated measures and informing responsible management

Managing high risk security incidents and participating in the crisis management team.
