**ACCOUNT ASSISTANT - MEERUT**

**Job Responsibilities -**
- Managing and controlling generation of tax invoices/Credit note/ Debit note/ Delivery Invoices, E-invoice and E-way bill from system.
- Reconciliation of various sales/Rejection/E-invoice and E-way bill etc
- Periodical management reports preparation and circulation to team
- Participate & drive standardization automation projects for process efficiency
- Managing & improvising the system processes
- Preparing Ledgers, Day to Day Cash Flows, Expenses for the company.
- Regularly in touch with the debtors & liquidating the outstanding.
- Experience of **Advanced Microsoft Excel** and other tools.
- Preparing various reports such as employee performance evaluation, maintaining records, drafting daily reports, etc.
- Prepare and analyze Cash Flow Statements and Accounting Ratios.
- preparing various excel reports and sheets for the company to ease work flow in a systematic manner.

**Qualifications -**

1. BCOM H/ MCOM/ BBA/ PGDM in Finance

**Essential Knowledge and Skills**
- Tally ERP 9
- Microsoft Office (preferably Advanced Excel knowledge)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English, Hindi
- Leadership skills
- Time-Management
- Detail-Oriented
- Confident and Presentable
- Maintains Confidentiality
- Team Management

**Package - As per market standards**

**LOCATION - MEERUT CITY, UP**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
