- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required;- Should be able to utilize and work in Cadworx efficiently
- Knowledge of Piping Design and Piping Study for tanks, Pumps, Vessel, Heat exchangers, compressors, Air cooler.
- Carry out GA extraction, dimensioning and annotation - Modelling of various type of Equipment
- Modelling of civil structural and pipe supports
- Participate in the 3D model review sessions when required
- Review P&IDs, PFDs, Vender drawings and instrument details and utilize these information in 3D modelling
- Preparation and checking of Equipment as well as Nozzle orientation
- Preparation of Plot Plan and Equipment layout
- Preparation of Piping General Arrangement and Support drawings
- Preparation of MTO for piping items
- Coordinate with other disciplines and utilize the information in building the 3D model.
- Check the drawings from other disciplines and provide comment as IDC process (Interdisciplinary Drawing Check)
- Provide civil information when required
- Prepare Piping Layout and other drawings in 2D
- Ability to work in flexible hours, occasionally more than working hours per week to meet client deadlines
- Able to carry out GA drawing extraction, dimensioning and annotation.
- Knowledge of Plant Layout, Piping GA, Nozzle Orientation, Bill of Material and Isometrics. - Well conversant with all piping design aspect and working Piping discipline.
- Understanding of all piping components and valves including respective standards and dimensional details.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D for preparing 2D drawings.
- Knowledge and working experience in Plant3D,Aveva E3D, REVIT, SP3D will be added advantage.
- Experience in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Power Plant or other process industry.
- Strong computer skill. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Strong verbal, written communications skills in English.

**Requisite Qualification**:

- Diploma or Certified Technician from ITI is preferred. Certification course on 3D modelling also would be an added advantage.
