Open Position: Customer Support Executive / Sales Executive
Required Experience: 6 months - 2 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Work Mode: Work from office
**Salary**: Negotiable
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
- Provide accurate, correct, and complete information by using the correct methods.
- Help build positive relations with external parties.
- Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.
- Keep updated records and create reports.
**Required Skills**:
- Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Should be able to multitask.
- Should have good communication skills.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
