**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Photo Editor and Retoucher with a strong portfolio of previous work
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other photo editing software
- Strong knowledge of color theory, composition, and retouching techniques
- Ability to understand and interpret creative briefs and execute projects with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a creative team

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in product photography or e-commerce image editing
- Familiarity with image management software or digital asset management systems
- Knowledge of video editing software is a plus
