As an SAP SuccessFactors professional, you will implement and deploy SAP SuccessFactors
solutions to achieve defined business goals.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and advice business process improvement on SAP SuccessFactors enablement
initiatives
- Interact with clients to understand the business requirements to conclude blueprint,
configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements
- Manage the SAP SuccessFactors projects to ensure timely delivery
- Understand the technology landscape and how it affects the clients’ area of the
business; trends associated with the technology; functional area and industries and
the value propositions for clients to rotate to the new.
- Responsible for E2E Implementation of Projects as assigned by organization within
Timelines finalised with the client.
- Responsible to manage AMS Projects as assigned by Organization.
- Should use high grade of Verbal & Written Communication skills for effective Client
Management.
- Submit Quarterly Self Learning Plan or areas of improvement.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 End to End implementation experience and 3 support projects
- As part of the consulting team, your primary role would be to actively aid the
consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort
estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment.
- You will explore the alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research
that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor
evaluation information, etc. and build POCs.
- You will create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be
- processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
- You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if
any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then
identify and shortlist solution alternatives.
- You will also contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective
of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
- Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client
deliverables by refining, analysing, and structuring relevant data.
- Awareness of latest technologies and trends.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the
technology solutions.
- One or two industry domain knowledge.
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years’ experience of SAP experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central
(EC)Core, Time Off, Timesheet, and knowledge in integration with other 3rd Party tools.
- Understanding of business processes related to Core HR
- Good to have minimum knowledge in the additional two SF modules.
- Strong experience in leading a team for the EC implementation project and
collaboratively work with off-shore team.
- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus.
- Should have experience in mapping and configuring SF functionalities to HR
processes of client operations in various countries such as US, UK, Australia etc.
- Should be able to prepare requirements, design and test, documents, and solution
- Should be able to analyze quarterly upgrade releases of the SF cloud and roll out the
upgrade, coordinating with client and SF cloud team.
- Must be able to design for data conversion, interface, and reports requirements in
SuccessFactors. Expertise in providing Consulting Services to the Global
organizations in HCM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud
solutions
- Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create
Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance
with the Best Practices
- Must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and
workflows.
- Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and
adapt quickly to new tasks and environments
Professional Qualification
- Must have bachelors or equivalent degree and an MBA in HR.
capable of working with mínimal supervision.
- Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be
committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually
enhance service quality, service delivery, and support.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate
effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Ability to travel to client sites.
**Salary**: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
