- ** Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software, particularly Maya.**:

- ** Ability to interpret and implement feedback from directors and supervisors.**:

- ** Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.**:

- ** Ability to work under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously.**:

- ** Bachelor's degree in Animation, Film, Art, or a related field is a plus.**

- ** Good teaching ability & assessment ability. Ability to conduct training and support in assessment as per the given structure & curriculum.**:

- ** Conduct Sessions on specific topics & supports for content creation.**:

- ** Support in choosing Shots to be used during module delivery.**:

- ** Ability to give constructive feedback to the trainees and interns.**:

- ** Review & Maintain sheets regarding the efficiency rating of Learners and Training**:

- ** Guiding & Mentoring Trainees, One-on-One for Individual learners/trainees.**:

- ** Keen interest towards industrial updates and having transferred those knowledge to his/her team.**:

- ** Create training content(s), and send it for approval for uploading in the LMS after consulting all stakeholders.**:

- ** Support in assessment for training through LMS/ICP**:

- ** Identify needs and facilitate the delivery of content for upskilling and dual training
