Process Co-ordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- **Process Oversight**: Coordinate and monitor the execution of processes across different departments to ensure timely completion and compliance with organizational standards.
- **Communication**: Serve as a central point of contact for process-related inquiries, clarifications, and updates. Facilitate effective communication between team members, departments, and management.
- **Documentation**: Develop, maintain, and update process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and manuals. Ensure that all relevant stakeholders have access to up-to-date process documentation.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular reviews and audits of processes to identify deviations, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance process quality and reliability.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training and guidance to team members on process-related tasks, procedures, and best practices. Support the onboarding of new employees by familiarizing them with established processes.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process effectiveness, efficiency, and performance. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and innovations.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or compliance issues associated with existing processes. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure operational resilience and regulatory compliance.
- Mainly responsible for all the flowcharts running in every business process
- Co-ordinates all the steps in a flowchart to get work done in a specific timeline. To provide all the relevant information with everyone in the workflow.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in process coordination, process improvement, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy, quality, and compliance.
- Proficiency in process mapping, documentation, and workflow analysis.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with process management tools, software, and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.

- A pleasant personality with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative, polite attitude
- Should be careful about all the details in flowchart and thorough in completing work tasks.
**Salary Bracket**: Salary for this position should be between 12-15 thousand rupees monthly basis or as per company norms.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
