Noida, India Techahead Software Full time

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who would be responsible for creating visual content and designs for various mediums, including print and digital media, to convey messages or information effectively. Using artistic and technical skills to produce visually appealing and compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with the company's brand and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Development**:

- Create visually appealing and creative designs for various projects, such as advertisements, marketing materials, websites, social media content, and more.
- Collaborate with the creative team and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop concepts and ideas for design projects.

**Graphic Creation**:

- Produce graphics and illustrations using design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Select appropriate colours, fonts, and imagery to enhance the visual impact of designs.
- Ensure designs are consistent with the company's branding guidelines.

**Layout and Composition**:

- Arrange and format text, images, and other elements to create visually pleasing layouts for printed materials and digital platforms.
- Consider readability and user experience in design compositions.

**Print and Production**:

- Prepare designs for print, including setting up files for various printing methods, such as offset, digital, or large format.
- Work with printers and suppliers to ensure the quality of the final product.

**Digital Media**:

- Stay updated on digital design trends and best practices.

**Client Collaboration**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and provide design concepts and revisions as needed.
- Present design concepts and gather feedback to refine designs.

**Time Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining project schedules.

**Creative Problem Solving**:

- Find innovative solutions to design challenges and adapt to changes in project requirements.

**Quality Control**:

- Ensure the accuracy and quality of final designs, checking for errors and inconsistencies before finalizing and delivering them.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools.
- Strong artistic and creative skills, including a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies.
- Experience in UI/UX as a must.
- Experience in handling both website design and social media creatives.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with animation or video editing software.
- Familiarity with web design and user interface (UI) design.
- Experience in branding and logo design.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for web design projects.
- Knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering for product visualization.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
