As the Middle office Trading Services professional in our Treasury and Chief Investment Office team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

CIO's core mandate is to manage the Firm's Structural Interest Rate and FX risks and conservatively invests the Firm's excess deposits.

Treasury's core mandate is to manage short term Structural Interest Rate Risk and work in close partnership with all line of business to help manage the firm's capital, balance sheet, liquidity and funding.

**Job Responsibilities**:
Global TCIO Execution MO & Operations seeks to hire a professional to support its Control & Governance agenda. The incumbent will report to the VP designate lead. This individual will partner with Product Control, Trade Support, Money Market (MM) Operations team & other control disciplines (e.g. Oversight & Control, Finance, Business Management, Compliance, Risk and Audit) to ensure various Business/Local Control & Governance initiatives are effectively implemented within the MO/Operations function. Key coverage for this role is as below:

- Support the conduct of periodic risk reviews of critical BAU processes to aid in redressal of Operational Risk issues. Incident Management relating to Operational errors including root cause analysis and remediation
- Engage in validation of action steps taken by BAU functions to resolve errors or potential control issues. Prepare plans for concurrent reviews of manual processes and implement testing framework.
- Business Resiliency across TCIO functions, assess business and systemic impacts and interdependencies, coordinate annual testing and ERMA updates.
- Support Audit and Regulatory reviews and be pre-validate all submissions. Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with Firm-wide UT, Data privacy and SOX control initiatives
- Ensure governance of all in-sourcing and out-sourcing activities including compliance with Firm-wide IAS requirements
- On-going monitoring of BAU procedures to ensure compliance with Firm-wide record retention policy. Support the governance of various automation program including RPA, Xceptor and Dashboard initiatives
- Drive resolution of data quality issues in partnership with BAU functions and CDO. Promote controls culture through training and creating awareness of lessons learnt from actual incidents. Coordinate review and sign off of various attestations.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- 5-7 years of Investment Bank experience, preferably with background in Audit, Compliance or Trade Support or Back Office Operations.
- Ability to deal with adhoc requests and deliver under pressure.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, time-management, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mind, investigative and ability to see big picture as well as the details
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- A control mindset is the key and somebody looking to build a career in OCM / Controls / Audit, is the key.
