To Check for the correct arrival of the crop, by weighing, scanning, bar coding, segregating

Diploma Mechanical/EEE/ECE

To Ensure the Timely Movement of Seeds to Ginning area as per the schedule

To Monitor the feeding process of Kapas & Weighment of Seed and Lint

To check for moisture level of Ginned seeds and dry them accordingly

To send seeds for GOT Sample, to QC Lab

To do effective seed processing, by Delinting, Pre Cleaning, Fine cleaning.

To avoid spillage of seeds during processing

To inform Maintenance Personnel, during brekadowns

To notify supervisor in case of quality issues of seeds, during processing

To segregate Processed seeds for further cleaning (in case required)

To ensure proper hand cleaning is carried out by labourers

To select GOT passed variety for taken for treatment

To ensure Processed seeds are correctly weighed, scanned & labelled

To Check Proper Treatment of seeds by using prescribed Chemicals

To check seeds are packed as per variety & quantity

To check if Seeds packets are weighed again for any quantity variations.

To ensure Seed packs are packed as per Lots and Stacked in the Storage Area.

Always wear safety equipments (Personal Protective Equipment) while working

Educate labourers on the safety aspects & ensure that personal Protective equipment is worn by them

Notify Supervisor, HR on any safety violations/accidents.
