Job Title: Visa Telecaller*

*Job Summary*

*Key Responsibilities*

3. *Promote Visa Services*: Promote our visa services to potential clients and provide information on the benefits of our services.

4. *Handle Client Inquiries*: Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.

5. *Meet Sales Targets*: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for visa services.

6. *Maintain Accurate Records*: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and other relevant information.

7. *Collaborate with Team*: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.

*Requirements*

1. *Excellent Communication Skills*: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

2. *Sales and Customer Service Experience*: Previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

3. *Knowledge of Visa Processes*: Basic knowledge of visa processes and requirements.

4. *Positive Attitude*: Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Target achiver

Pay: ₹8,492.72 - ₹25,889.53 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Rotational shift
