**Job Title: Site Timekeeper**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Record and track daily attendance of on-site personnel, including start and end times, breaks, and any deviations from regular schedules.
- Collaborate with site supervisors to gather information on project progress, shifts, and workforce requirements.
- Input and maintain accurate time and attendance data into the designated tracking system or software.
- Generate regular reports on attendance, hours worked, and other relevant time-related metrics.
- Assist in payroll processing by providing accurate and timely information on worked hours, overtime, and any additional allowances.
- Address and resolve discrepancies or issues related to timekeeping records promptly.
- Communicate effectively with on-site personnel to ensure compliance with timekeeping policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations affecting timekeeping practices.
- Implement and enforce timekeeping best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the HR or project management team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in timekeeping or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience as a timekeeper or in a similar role, preferably in a construction or project-based environment.
- Familiarity with timekeeping software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including data entry and report generation.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to timekeeping.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address issues promptly.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
