**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Target Achievement**:Set and achieve sales targets in alignment with the company's business objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
**Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities.
Stay informed about industry developments to enhance the company's competitive position.
**Product Knowledge**:Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
**Sales Presentations**:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to customers.
Highlight the unique selling propositions of the company's products and services.
**Lead Generation**:Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
Work closely with marketing teams to convert leads into potential customers.
**Sales Reporting**:Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
**Negotiation and Closing**:Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Close sales deals and finalize contracts with customers.
**Collaboration**:Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide feedback to the management team to improve products and services.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of marine industry products and services (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
