- Engage in activities related to Data mining, Interpretation, Analysis, and Report generation
- Connect with business teams to understand gaps and translate into analytics requirement
- Create solutions to solve business problems
- Develop automations using various tools, basis requirement of the situation
- Create dashboards and reports, as per the project requirement
- Use cloud-based solutions, as per the project requirement
- Perform design, development, testing, and deployment of created solutions
- Perform testing, debugging, and enhancing in solutions developed by fellow team members
- Creating detailed documentation outlining design and technical specifications of each solution
- Support training activities performed by the team and serve as co-trainer or trainer, as per the situation
- Research new tools / techniques that can help improve team’s efficiency

**Skills & Experience -**
- Up-to 2 years of experience on analytics projects
- Necessary skills:

- Excel (strong)
- Power Platform
- Power BI
- VBA (basic to intermediate)
- SQL (basic to intermediate)
- Desirable skills

- Power Apps
- Database management
- MS Access
- Alteryx
- R / Python
- Analytical orientation and critical thinking
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

**Education**

**Experience**
- Up-to 2 years’ experience in Data Analytics / Data Science projects

- Highly motivated and able to build close relationships internally and externally
