Ryan International Group is looking for a School Principal (ICSE Board) at Kulai, Mangalore

Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to all members of the school community

Ensure that the school operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies

Monitor student performance and provide guidance and support to students, teachers, and parents

Work collaboratively with the School Board, faculty, and staff to develop and implement the school's strategic plan

Manage the school's budget and resources effectively

Qualifications & Specifications

Overall 15 to 20 years of work experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in school administration, preferably as a Principal or Vice Principal

A degree in Education is a must

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of current educational practices and trends

Demonstrated commitment to student success and academic excellence

Should speak Konkani/ Kannada

**Salary**: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Principal: 8 years (preferred)
