Fitter

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fitter to join near to Sampla, Haryana. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to understand specifications and assembly procedures.
- Assemble, fit, and adjust various mechanical components using hand and power tools.
- Utilize welding equipment to fabricate and join metal parts.
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks, identify potential problems, and perform necessary repairs.
- Ensure all machinery functions properly and meets operational standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and diagnose the root cause of issues.
- Replace faulty or worn-out parts to maintain optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations at all times.
- May assist with the installation of new machinery on-site.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Fitter.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and workshop practices.
- Proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, grinders).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good physical fitness and stamina for working in a physically demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
