**_We require someone with extensive knowledge and experience in General Accounting. _**

**_Responsibilities_**:**_ _**

**_ In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to general accounting which include:_**

**_ _**
- **_Month End Closing process and Reconciliations (Key & Non Key)_**

**_ _**
- **_Standard, Non Standard & recurring J/Es (incl. accruals, prepaid, deferrals, leases) _**
- **_Posting and documenting and tracking approvals _**
- **_Recording volumes and finalizing SLAs_**

**_ _**
- **_Initial P&L reviews (e.g. trend analyses), detailed reporting analyses and Audit Support _**

**_ _**
- **_Good written and verbal communications skills to communicate with external parties_**

**_ _**
- **_Good analytical and problem solving skills_**

**_ _**
- **_Foreign Client handling_**

**_ _**
**_ Qualifications we seek in you_**:**_ _**

- **_B.Com_**

- **_Relevant experience_**

- **_Relevant Experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops_**

- **_MS Excel Knowledge, Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros_**

- **_IT skills: ERP (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial), MS Office_**

**_ _**
- **_Stakeholder Management experience_**
