Provide technical support to hospital staff for computer hardware, software, and peripherals, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on computer systems, printers, telephones, and CCTV cameras to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Install, configure, and deploy new hardware and software as needed, following hospital guidelines and industry best practices.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained to support hospital operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to assess their IT needs and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of hospital-wide IT policies and procedures, including data security measures and disaster recovery plans.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the healthcare IT field, and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies into hospital operations.
- Respond to emergency IT issues outside of regular business hours as needed, providing on-call support to ensure uninterrupted hospital services.
- Maintain accurate records of IT maintenance activities, service requests, and equipment inventory, and generate reports as required by hospital management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
