**Role Purpose**

Optimize the inventory levels as per the Annual Operating Plan by analyzing the category business performance

**BSC perspective**

**Key Responsibilities**

Finance
- Achieve Buy Plan by

i) Meeting inventory norms

ii) Budgeted profits

iii) Budgeted sales

iv) Full Price Sell Through

Customer
- Availability of the right assortment at the store at all times
- High internal customer/vendor orientation

Internal Business Process
- Maintaining Merchandise Assortment Plan (MAP) based on Open to Buy (OTB)
- Maintain inventory levels and minimize mark downs
- Adhere to process calendar
- Analyze sales trends to develop the range brief
- Provide inputs on replenishment/stocking parameters to D&L

People/ Learning & Growth
- Ensure consistency of information and share best practices
- Develop systems knowledge

Qualification

Retail/Merchandising Management or MBA or Engineer

Desired - Cost and Finance background

Work Experience

3 - 5 Years in Planning/Merchandising

**Salary**: ₹13,203.50 - ₹33,445.70 per month
