**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise a team of mechanical technicians in performing maintenance activities to ensure the reliable operation of equipment and machinery.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to meet production goals.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety among team members.
- Provide training and guidance to mechanical technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain departments to procure spare parts and supplies as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall equipment reliability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma in related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, conveyors, crushers, and other industrial equipment.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organisation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as needed.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
