Value Stream Manger CNC

Role required for leading, supervising, monitoring and documenting of all the machining activities in the plant machine shop like VTL (Vertical Turret Lathe), Center Lathe, Drilling, Boring, Welding, Milling, Trevison, TMC, CNC, TVL, Surface Grinding & support the operations for optimum productivity & OTD

Including but not limited to:
Be responsible for -Safety.
- Maintain all statutory requirements in accordance with the laws of the land
- Comply to Weir EHS standardsEHS-ZERO Loss Time Injury - Managing Value Stream from Order input to Order delivery
- Planning & slotting of incoming orders
- Production
- On time delivery -High Focus on improving the Quality
- Controlling & improving incoming quality
- Ensuring Zero Customer complaints -Lean Initiatives
- Maintaining high standards of 5S
- Delivering operational excellence Improvements as per plan

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical, with Twelve
- Fifteen years OR Diploma with Fifteen to Eighteen years’ experience.

Computer Skills: The incumbent should have good knowledge of the following software:

- MS word, MS Excel, Power point presentation
- Exposure to ERP environment
- SAP Core Competency

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
