Examination Officer

Splendid Immigration is seeking a passionate and experienced English Language Program Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in the success of our IELTS/PTE/Spoken English programs, from designing curriculum and crafting effective assessments to invigilating exams and preparing results. This role requires a strong command of the English language, excellent assessment skills, and the ability to create engaging learning experiences for students with diverse needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum for IELTS/PTE/Spoken English programs, aligned with international testing standards and learning objectives.
- Create high-quality question papers that effectively assess students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills across all four language skills.
- Ensure question papers are up-to-date, challenging, and adhere to best practices in language assessment.
- Proofread and edit all course materials for clarity, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity.
- Assist in the selection and implementation of appropriate learning resources.
- Invigilate IELTS/PTE exams and ensure adherence to testing regulations.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during examinations.
- Collect, mark, and provide constructive feedback on student work.
- Compile and analyze exam results to identify areas for improvement in the curriculum and teaching methods.
- Prepare and maintain student progress records.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in IELTS/PTE testing and English language teaching.

**Qualifications**:.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to adults.
- Proven experience in designing and developing English language curriculum.
- In-depth knowledge of IELTS/PTE testing formats and assessment criteria.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Strong assessment skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Experience using online learning platforms (a plus).
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
