**Job Description: Telecaller - Immigration Department**

**Position Overview**:As a Telecaller in the Immigration Department, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals seeking information and guidance regarding immigration procedures and services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients over the phone, providing them with essential information, answering their queries, and guiding them through the initial stages of the immigration process. Your role will be instrumental in promoting the department's services, maintaining a positive customer experience, and contributing to the overall success of the immigration team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Telephonic Interaction**: Initiate outgoing calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in immigration services, or respond to incoming inquiries promptly and professionally.

**Client Consultation**: Understand the specific immigration needs and requirements of potential clients, provide accurate information about the immigration procedures, eligibility criteria, documentation, and processing timelines.

**Sales and Conversions**: Introduce the services offered by the Immigration Department and effectively communicate their benefits to the prospective clients, aiming to convert inquiries into potential customers.

**Lead Management**: Maintain a record of all interactions with clients, update the database with relevant information, and ensure proper follow-up to nurture potential leads.

**Customer Support**: Address client grievances, resolve their queries, and provide assistance throughout the initial stages of the immigration process to ensure a positive and satisfactory experience.

**Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure that all client information and communication are accurately documented, adhering to the department's confidentiality and data protection policies.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with the immigration team members to share knowledge, stay updated about changing immigration regulations, and streamline processes for better efficiency.

**Targets and Reporting**: Meet individual and team targets related to lead generation, conversions, and customer satisfaction. Provide regular reports to the team lead or supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or courses related to immigration or customer service will be a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language(s) are essential. Proficiency in other languages, especially English, is an advantage.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Prior experience in customer service or telesales is beneficial, along with a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- **Knowledge of Immigration Procedures**: Basic knowledge of immigration rules, visa types, and documentation requirements will be an advantage, though training will be provided.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to establish rapport with potential clients.
- **Target-Oriented**: A proactive approach towards meeting targets and deadlines, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- **Ethics and Professionalism**: Maintain a high level of professionalism, honesty, and ethical conduct while dealing with clients and their information.

**Salary Range**: Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
