Job Title: UI/UX Designer

**Job Description**:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Spearhead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for diverse projects.

2. Develop and execute a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy that harmonizes with the company's overarching brand vision and goals.

3. Uphold the quality and uniformity of UI/UX deliverables across all digital channels, adhering to established design standards and best practices.

4. Review and authorize UI/UX design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and layouts generated by the team, ensuring alignment with project requirements and client expectations.

5. Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their design needs, preferences, and objectives, and offer innovative solutions that address their unique requirements.

6. Present UI/UX design concepts and prototypes to clients, soliciting feedback and ensuring utmost satisfaction with the end product.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.

3. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Figma.

4. Exceptional design acumen with an acute attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, usability, and functionality.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

6. Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and meet strict deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune District, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
