**Technical Support**:

- Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot problems and escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams/vendors when necessary.
- **Network Administration**:

- Assist in the administration and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Monitor network performance and security, identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities or bottlenecks.
- **Asset Management**:

- Maintain an inventory of IT assets including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
- Track asset lifecycles, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
- Coordinate procurement and disposal of IT equipment in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- **Security and Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce security measures to protect IT systems and data from unauthorized access, viruses, and other cyber threats.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the IT security team to develop and update security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- **Documentation and Training**:

- Create and maintain documentation such as user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry, and share knowledge with colleagues as appropriate.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a similar IT support role, with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), office productivity software, and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users at all levels of the organization.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are desirable but not required.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,657.65 per month
