You will work closely with students, faculty, and employers to develop and maintain partnerships, coordinate placement activities, and provide guidance and support to students throughout the placement process. Your role will involve networking, relationship building, and ensuring the alignment of student skills and interests with employer needs.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide guidance and counseling to students on resume writing, interview preparation, networking, and job search strategies.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on career development topics to enhance students' employability skills.
- Offer individualized support to students facing challenges in securing placements and facilitate alternative solutions.
- **Employer Engagement**:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with employers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
- Promote the institution's students and programs to employers through presentations, networking events, and other outreach activities.
- Collaborate with employers to develop internship and co-op programs that provide meaningful learning experiences for students.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
