**Responsibilities**:
**Bookkeeping**: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.

**Assisting in Financial Reporting**: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and other documentation.

**Data Entry and Analysis**: Input financial data into accounting software and perform basic analysis on financial information.

**Support in Audits**: Assist with internal and external audit processes, providing necessary documentation and information.

**Reconciliations**: Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and other financial records.

**Expense Management**: Assist in tracking and managing expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.

**Financial Documentation**: Organize and maintain financial documents, invoices, receipts, and other accounting records.

**Compliance**: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and assist in keeping up with changes in accounting standards.

**Supporting Financial Operations**: Collaborate with senior accountants or financial managers in various financial operations.

**Communication and Coordination**: Interact with other departments, clients, and vendors to resolve financial queries and coordinate on financial matters.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

**Basic Knowledge of Accounting Principles**: Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

**Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze financial data and prepare basic reports.

**Proficiency in Accounting Software**: Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant platforms.

**Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

**Time Management**: Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

**Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication skills for interactions within the team and with external parties.

**Team Player**: Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

**Ethical Conduct**: Understanding of the importance of ethical standards in handling financial data and confidential information.

**Willingness to Learn**: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes, regulations, and company-specific procedures.
