**Responsibilities**:

- Provide academic leadership to the ANM Nursing College and oversee the implementation of policies and procedures in line with the college's objectives and goals.
- Supervise the development and delivery of the curriculum and ensure that it meets the standards set by the regulatory bodies.
- Manage the performance of teaching and non-teaching staff and ensure that they are trained and motivated to deliver the highest standards of education and care.
- Work closely with the Principal to develop strategies for improving the quality of education, student retention, and placement of graduates.
- Monitor the academic progress of students and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Ensure that the college meets the regulatory requirements and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of reports, budgets, and other administrative tasks as required by the management.
- Assist the Principal in building partnerships with healthcare organizations and other stakeholders to enhance the reputation of the college and create opportunities for students.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Master's degree in nursing or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in nursing education.
- Must have a valid nursing license and be registered with the nursing council.
- Experience in academic administration, curriculum development, and program management.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards for nursing education.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Principal, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.

**Salary**: From ₹40,000.00 per month
