Industrial Sales Person

**Responsibilities**:
- **B2B Sales**: Identify, target, and engage potential industrial clients to promote and sell our products/services.
- **Customer Handling**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their needs, providing product information, and offering solutions to enhance their operations.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering on commitments.
- **Distributor Management**: Collaborate with distributors to maximize sales opportunities, provide training on products, and ensure brand consistency.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining profitability.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in industrial/B2B sales with [X years] of experience.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
