**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that introduce students to fundamental coding concepts, programming languages, and computational problem-solving techniques.
- Teach coding principles and practices using a variety of programming languages and platforms, such as Python, Java, Scratch, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript, to accommodate different age groups and skill levels.
- Integrate computer science standards, coding standards, and best practices into curriculum development and instructional delivery, ensuring alignment with educational goals and industry trends.
- Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments, including coding assignments, projects, quizzes, and portfolio reviews, and provide constructive feedback to support student growth.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and interests of students, including those with varying levels of coding experience, learning styles, and backgrounds.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and industry partners to promote computer science education, participate in professional development opportunities, and contribute to curriculum improvement efforts.
- Stay current with advancements in coding technologies, instructional methodologies, and educational research in computer science education, and incorporate relevant updates into teaching practices.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents/guardians, and stakeholders to provide updates on student progress, share resources for continued learning, and address any concerns or questions related to coding instruction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and coding environments, with a strong foundation in coding fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and software development methodologies.
- Experience with educational technology tools, coding platforms, and software development tools commonly used in K-12 coding education, such as Scratch, Code.org, GitHub, and integrated development environments (IDEs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex coding concepts in a clear and accessible manner and foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced educational environment.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in coding education and supporting the success of all students, regardless of background or identity.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
