**Required - Weaving Supervisor**

**Location: Surat ( Sayan )**

**2 to 4 years of experience in a weaving In-depth knowledge of water jet weaving technology and machinery.**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of weaving operators and technicians.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and production schedules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to water jet weaving machines.
- Train and mentor staff on proper operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of weaving equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the production manager to plan and implement production strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of production, machine maintenance, and staff performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in a weaving supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of water jet weaving technology and machinery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of têxtile manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in weaving technology is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
