**About the role**:
Our mission within the claims team is to deliver industry leading claims solutions and outcomes to help drive Uber’s profitable growth, and support riders and drivers with empathy and care if things go wrong, The claims
**Advocate** also provides critical claim/incident oversight to ensure accurate indemnity and expense management, ultimately reducing loss costs. This is where as a
**Claims Advocate **you have a chance to create a significant impact on Uber's business success.

**Your Impact in the Role**:

- Proactively investigate loss information where key data is missing or potentially inaccurate to ensure that our insurance partners are as well positioned as possible to commence claims handling without unnecessary delay
- Meet submission expectations (submissions and non-submissions) of clearing out your queue by end of business day
- Respond by the end of the workday to insurance partners, driver partners, customers, claimants, stakeholders, and third parties
- Review and address Origami risk tool claim related tasks when due
- Meet quality expectations for submissions, inquiries, and tasks

**The Experience You’ll Bring**:

- Property & Casualty Claims handling.
- Data analytics, Preparing the presentation decks and presentation skills
- Excellent in Interpersonal Skills (both verbal and written).
- Stakeholder Management (Internal & External)
- Customer Escalations and High profile / severity / complex claims handling
