Job Title: Digital Marketing and Website Development Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
Digital Marketing:
1. Develop, implement, and manage effective digital marketing campaigns.

3. Design, build, and maintain our social media presence and that of our clients.

4. Brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies through digital marketing channels.

5. Identify critical conversion points, optimize user funnels, and enhance the overall online user experience.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand elements and market research findings into

digital marketing strategies.

7. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using various analytics tools.

Website Development:
1. Designing engaging and responsive landing pages.

2. Optimizing sites for maximum speed and scalability.

3. Conducting website testing, hosting, and maintaining hosting servers.

4. Ensuring website function and stability across devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).

5. Working with marketing and research teams to incorporate brand elements and relevant market research findings into

websites.

6. Directing or performing website updates.

7. Editing, writing, or designing website content, and directing team members who produce content.

8. Collaborating with a team of developers in creating, maintaining, and updating client websites and projects.

9. Brainstorming new and creative ideas for website development and digital marketing integration.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Web Development, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in both digital marketing and website development.

3. Proven proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and WordPress.

4. Familiarity with ad-serving tools and experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on major

search engines.

5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively in a team.

8. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

9. Knowledge of programming languages, technical terminology, and MySQL is a plus.
