Rotogravure Operator

Organization is leading Chemical and Printing Industry Located at Changodar, Ahmedabad.

A Rotogravure Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining rotogravure printing presses, which are used for high-volume printing of packaging materials, magazines, wallpaper, and other products. The operator ensures that the press runs efficiently, produces high-quality prints, and meets production targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Set up and operate rotogravure printing presses.
- Load raw materials (e.g., paper, film) onto the press.
- Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal print quality.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections to detect any defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain detailed records of print runs and any issues encountered.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine maintenance on the press to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems and perform minor repairs.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel for major repairs.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- **Efficiency and Productivity**:

- Work to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Optimize press operations to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
