We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Backend Administrative Assistant for **night shift (timing: 7:30pm to 4:30am

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Money Reconciliation**:
Review and reconcile daily financial reports to ensure accuracy in cash flow.

Cross-check sales data against reports to identify discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records of transactions and resolve any variances promptly.

2. **Employee Scheduling and Management**:
Create and manage schedules for all store employees to ensure optimal staffing levels.

Adjust schedules proactively to avoid overtime and maintain payroll efficiency.

Monitor shift coverage and address absenteeism or scheduling conflicts.

3. **Recruitment and Hiring**:
Manage onboarding for new hires, including training schedules and documentation.

4. **CCTV Monitoring**:
Regularly review store CCTV footage to evaluate employee performance.

Identify and report incidents of theft, misconduct, or non-compliance with store policies.

Provide actionable feedback to management based on performance observations.

5. **Payroll Processing**:
Process daily payroll entries to ensure compliance with labor laws and prevent overtime.

Maintain accurate and updated payroll records for all employees.

Address payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries in a timely manner.

6. **Sales Data Collection and Reporting**:
Collect and analyze daily sales data from all locations.

Prepare detailed sales reports highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with management to align sales strategies with business goals.

7. **Sales Promotions**:
Plan and execute in-store and digital promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.

8. **Pricing and Margins**:
Update and monitor pricing structures to meet pre-determined profit margins.

Perform market analysis to ensure competitive pricing without compromising profitability.

9. **Order Management**:
Prepare weekly order lists based on sales trends, inventory levels, and budget constraints.

Place orders with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Review invoices and receipts to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.

10. **Alarm Management**:
Identify and address potential overspending or loss in operations.

Analyze financial and inventory data to detect inefficiencies or irregularities.

Provide timely alerts to management regarding potential losses or opportunities for savings.

11. **Loss Prevention**:
Develop and implement strategies to minimize loss due to theft, waste, or operational inefficiencies.

Collaborate with store managers to improve inventory tracking and security measures.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with loss prevention policies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Proven experience in **retail or restaurant backend operations.**

Proficiency in **data management and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, POS systems).**

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams and levels.

Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Good communication in English.

Familiarity with payroll software and scheduling tools.

Experience in loss prevention and inventory management.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
