Junior Dermatologist

**Job Overview**

As a Junior Dermatologist, you will play a crucial role in providing dermatological care to patients, diagnosing skin conditions, and recommending treatment plans. Your expertise will contribute to the overall health and well-being of patients through accurate assessments and personalized care.

**Key** **Responsibilities**
- Conducting skin examinations to diagnose various skin conditions
- Developing and implementing treatment plans for dermatological issues
- Performing skin biopsies and other diagnostic procedures
- Providing counseling and education to patients on skincare and treatment options
- Monitoring and documenting patients' progress and treatment outcomes
- Participating in research and staying updated with advancements in dermatology
- Assisting with minor surgical procedures, such as skin excisions and cyst removals
- Utilizing electronic medical record systems for accurate documentation
- Ensuring compliance with medical ethics and regulations

**Required Qualification**
- Medical degree with a focus on dermatology
- Licensure to practice as a dermatologist
- Completion of residency or fellowship in dermatology
- Strong understanding of dermatological conditions, treatments, and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
- Detail-oriented approach to patient assessments and treatment planning
- Proficiency in medical record keeping and documentation
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
- Empathy and compassion towards patients and their concerns
