- This profile includes miscellaneous billing against receipt like AEP/ADP/TVP/Labour Entry/Fire training etc and raising Interest Debit Notes. and the job also controls all inter-company GLs reconciliation on weekly basis, prepare statement and transfer funds to inter co. after taking necessary approval.

Capitalized value in DIAL is about 12K crs with 60K Bar Codes.

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Monitor CAPEX AOP & Un budget tracking.

Accuracy
- Ensure to follow-up on pending and old CWIP with User Department for submission of Contract Closure Notes (CCN) and close Asset Under Constriction (AUC)

Timely and accurately
- Solving Audit queries of Internal / External auditors for financial closing & Compliance team

Accurate and Timely
- Manual Capitalization for CWIP > RS 5 where asset is put to Use. Further calculate depreciate the Asset manually and post it in SAP for audit purpose.

Accurate and Timely
- Ensure Life of Asset is maintained uniformity and as per guidelines and law.

Audits, Accuracy and timely
- Write off Asset after Physical verification and with approvals as per DOP

Timely.
- Make reconciliation and ensure Forex impact on depreciation is done on monthly basis.
- Review, correct and make necessary adjustment in SAP on non capex cost if any

- Create new Bar Code / Asset Classes as necessary

- Monthly reports to Senior Management on CWIP
- Monthly report FAR reconciled with SAP and Deprecation entries
- Monthly report to User Dept. on new assets are additions and Bar Codes assigned
