**Job Description: Homeopathy Doctor (Part-Time, 15-20 Days per Month) at AtoZ Homeopathy**

**Position Overview**:
AtoZ Homeopathy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Homeopathy Doctor to join our team on a part-time basis, working approximately 15-20 days per month. This position offers an excellent opportunity for both fresher's and experienced homeopathic doctors to contribute their expertise in patient care and contribute to the growth of our clinic. The compensation for this role will be on a percentage basis tied to sales performance, providing an incentive for the doctor to excel in patient consultations and treatment outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess their medical history, symptoms, and lifestyle factors to provide personalized homeopathic treatment plans.

2. Analyze patient symptoms, diagnose ailments, and recommend appropriate homeopathic remedies to address the root cause of their health issues.

3. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required for optimal results.

4. Educate patients on homeopathic remedies, lifestyle modifications, and preventative measures to promote overall well-being.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic standards and regulations.

6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure comprehensive patient care.

7. Participate in periodic staff meetings and contribute insights to improve clinic processes and patient care services.

8. Contribute to the growth of the clinic by generating new leads, retaining existing patients, and fostering positive relationships with patients.

9. Stay abreast of the latest developments in homeopathy and medical research to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Homeopathy from a recognized institution.

2. Valid license to practice homeopathy as per local regulations.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.

4. Ability to assess and analyze patient conditions accurately to provide effective treatment plans.

5. Empathetic and compassionate approach towards patient care.

6. Flexibility to work on a part-time basis, approximately 15-20 days per month.

7. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.

**Compensation**:
The selected Homeopathy Doctor will receive a competitive salary based on a percentage of the sales generated through their consultations and treatment plans. The exact compensation will be determined based on the doctor's experience, expertise, and the number of patients seen each month.
