**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule installation and service appointments, coordinating with customers and our field teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- **Issue Resolution**: Handle customer complaints and issues, working to resolve them promptly and effectively while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction with our services and gather feedback.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service requests in our CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including sales, installation, and service teams, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the HVAC, construction, or related industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers.
- **Problem-solving skills**: Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Customer Focus**: A genuine desire to help customers and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Pay: ₹10,436.84 - ₹25,000.00 per month
