Responsible for assigning nurses to patients. Should have a good communication, interpersonal and management skill.
- Ensure whether nurses follow their duty timings properly.
- He/She should have experience of (Nurses) Team Management.
- Give proper training to new staffs so that the work done effectively.
- He/She should establish a compassionate environment by providing physiological support to patients and family.
- He/She should keep records of nurses files, patient case sheets and procedures.
- He/She should ensure cleanliness of the ward and the nursing station.
- He/She should have an excellent problem solving skill and team management skill.
- He/She is responsible for the well behaving of the staffs towards the patients
- He/She should have an updated knowledge regarding the legal regulations and best medical practices followed.
- He/She should have an updated list of the materials and forms being followed or being used in the department.
- He/She should regularly check the complaint registers/ feedback in the unit.
- He/She should coordinate with the other unit supervisors and follow organization rules strictly.
- He/She should visit patient’s place for the assessment if required and should implement the action plans immediately.
- Should attend all meetings and training programmes conducted by the department.
- Should abide rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the organization. In case of any discrepancies necessary action will be taken by the management.
- Should abide leave procedures and policies and inform head before availing any leave.
- Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
- Make sure that there are no pending balances from the staff side and from the patient.
- Uploading of Case file and Consent forms.
- Collecting the consent forms from staff and submitting it in office to the concerned person.
- Preparing excel sheets based on visits done.
- Updating whenever a data requirement is asked for (Conversion Ratio, Patients Details, Visits data).
- Working out with the escalation or any issues at work with STN/LTN/Freelancer staff
- Attending Online and Off-Line Meetings whenever called for.
- Informing the guideline of the meetings to the STN/LTN/Freelancers staff.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
